I just wanted to take a few minutes to express my appreciation for the
services provided by your agency.

It became a challenge for my elderly parents to continue living in
their home without assistance.  My 87-year old father was paralyzed by
a stroke many years ago and my mother has always been his primary
caregiver. At 82 years of age, the responsibility of caring for him
was overwhelming to her. A housekeeper was helping two days a week,
but it became necessary to locate a qualified caregiver that could
meet my parent's growing needs.

I was looking for someone that could start by working a few hours a
day three times a week to help my father bathe and dress and provide
routine household services. I also anticipated the need for additional
services as we planned for my mother's foot surgery. I expect their
needs will continue to change, but I am confident that I can rely on
you for whatever services they require.

Thank you for spending time with my parents and myself to determine
who would would be the most suitable caregiver for them. Lisa has been
wonderful! She was willing to work a variety of different schedules
until we determined what as most effective for my parents. She takes
care of their day-to-day needs as she treats them with kindness and
compassion. Her attention has improved the quality of their daily
lives!

While Lisa is dependable, it is important to note that you had another
caregiver fill in for her when she wasn't able to work one day.  She
took care of everything my parents neede in a courteous manner.  I
don't know what we would have done without her!
