How Direct Link Works

Direct Link offers senior adults and their loved ones peace of mind because they know that in case of a fall or other emergency, they will be able to call for help.  A Direct Link client wears a button on either her wrist or around her neck.  If she were to fall, experience dizziness or disorientation, or experience another emergency, she can push the button.  A trained operator who knows that it is you calling, will come over the speaker and ask, "Ms. You, is everything okay?"  The client can then communicate what her needs are - call my daughter, etc.  All necessary numbers are already on file so the operator can complete the call immediately and help will be on the way. If you don't answer after pushing the button, the operator will send help automatically.
